- YOU select a plan that fits your needs – from deductibles to doctors, you decide what’s right for you.
- YOU enjoy a pre-tax benefit for any payroll deductions used for the health insurance plan.
- YOU have the option to personally keep the same health insurance plan if you retire or change jobs.
How it Works
We have decided to help with the cost of health insurance for all eligible employees. You select the plan that best fits your needs and pay the difference through payroll deduction. If the plan you select is less than the amount your employer is contributing, then you pay nothing!
